Three Weddings and a Funeral

It can be frustrating when your blog posts don't fully publish. This past weekend, I had the honor of working at three different weddings. Given the heat, these were smaller gatherings, as this isn't typically the prime wedding season in Texas. Shortly after the weddings, I received notice about a funeral, with only a day or two to prepare for the visitation. Most requests were for a designer's choice arrangement, which worked out well since I had purchased extra flowers. I did, however, need to pick up additional blooms for the larger easel sprays.

Looking ahead, the school year is about to start, bringing more people back to town and signaling the approach of Fall and the Fall Wedding Season.
